Cancellation Policy

Please Note: The booking is not confirmed until it has been approved. An email will be sent to confirm receipt of the request, a team member will then review the request. This email is not an acceptance of the request. A separate email will be sent once the request has been approved. All appointments are considered 'time slots' and the assessor will endeavour to arrive within that time slot, unless agreed otherwise. The inspection will take approximately 5 - 10 minutes to complete. Please ensure that any personal belongings that may obstruct the inspection are removed before the appointment.
